Claypot is a community based in Johannesburg, South-Africa. Together we are striving towards following Jesus and loving the other. In our post-Apartheid country there are wonderful opportunities to learn what it means to live like Jesus.
This space is not our whole life, neither is our Sunday services - it is only a fraction of the whole of our life together. Here you will find:
- The audio of our dialogues (and sometimes monologues) on a Sunday.
- A weekly (and when things are going slowly monthly) reflection.
- These days we are sensing that we still have to engage the questions raised by reconciliation in South Africa. Join in on the conversation!
As a community we have developed a rule of life based on seven invitations of Jesus. We believe that when we place Jesus at the centre of our lives, church will happen spontaneously.
